Film Synopsis
"In the eighties 141.511 Yugo cars were exported from socialistic Yugoslavia to the United States, where it soon become known as the worst car ever made. 30 years later 4 artists embark on a journey from Serbia to the US in an old Yugo Koral 55 with a mission to export yet another one. As they make their way, they meet with protagonists of the epic buissness venture and search for traces of the car that outlived the country where it was built. They find that the car remained a legend until nowadays."
About the directors, Danilo Milovanović, Neža Knez, Toni Poljanec, Luka Erdani
The film is a collective project directed, shot and edited by a group of four artists (Neža Knez, Toni Poljanec, Luka Erdani and Danilo Milovanović) that decided to spend a month traveling in an old Yugo car. Neža and Danilo are visual artists, Toni is a film maker and Luka is a creative mechanic and social movements initiator. For the purpose of this film they act as one.
