About the Director, Martin Rieznik
Graduated in filmmaking from Universidad del Cine in Argentina (FUC)
Awarded by the "One Minute Film Festival, Aarau Switzerland 08” in 2008 for the short film “DA2”. In 2010 he wrote and directed “Portuñol”,35mm short film produced by Universidad del Cine (FUC).
From 2012 to 2014 he directed the AV production for the theatre piece “La mano que tacha”, winner of the scholarship on encouragement of cultural activities granted by Fondo Nacional de las Artes (FNA)
In 2017 his first feature film “Selva” coproduced by Universidad del Cine (FUC), was premiered on April 22nd, at Indie Grits Festival in Columbia, EEUU. And in September of that year was part of the official programming of the High Coast International Film Festival in Sweden.
